INNO Learning Platform

The INNO Learning Platform intends to promote trans-national innovation policy cooperation across Europe.

The diversity of policy measures that support innovation in Europe reflects the diversity of framework conditions, cultural differences and political priorities in the Member States. The main objectives of the INNO Learning Platform are to animate and promote transnational cooperation activities, to facilitate the exchange of experiences and trans-national policy learning activities.

The initiative consists of the Learning Platform Consortium, the INNO Learning Steering Group and a set of exploratory teams and thematic task forces carrying out the analytical work which is available in the section Results

Panel discussions on measuring the impact of European innovation policy cooperation initiatives

On 19 January some 35 coordinators and reflection group members of the INNO-Nets under the PRO INNO Europe® initiative, external experts, members of the INNO-Learning Platform as well as Commission representatives and Member State representatives from the CIP/EIP Management Committee met in Brussels to discuss how best to measure the performance and impacts stemming from European innovation policy cooperation initiatives.

Public consultation on effectiveness of innovation support

Dear PRO INNO Europe stakeholders,

We wish to inform you that DG Enterprise and Industry launched a public consultation on the effectiveness of innovation support in Europe on 6 March, which will be open unti midday, 4 May. The main purpose of this consultation is to gain insights on how to best improve the effectiveness of public innovation support mechanisms in the EU.
