Partner Search

Developed by the European Commission to further enhance services provided by PRO INNO Europe® and Europe INNOVA, the new online Partner Search Tool is intended to help all interested stakeholders to prepare for building or joining consortia for the next generation of the initiatives launched in October 2008 with the two new calls for proposals (available here). Specifically, the service offers stakeholders the possibility to express their interest in participating in new projects as:

  • potential 'project leaders' to indicate that they are willing to manage and coordinate a project;
  • potential 'partners' to offer their specific expertise and competencies in certain areas of transnational cooperation;
  • potential 'contributors' to articulate their interest in being associated with the work of Europe INNOVA or PRO INNO Europe®.

Users are able to select one of the two initiatives (PRO INNO Europe® or Europe INNOVA), and view the respective information. By clicking on the specific initiative, users are provided with:

  • a general overview of the initiative;
  • the list of corresponding Actions (i.e. six Actions under the PRO INNO Europe®, and four Actions under Europe INNOVA);
  • the possible Activities per Action (in the form of summaries of each Action; users are also able to download further information).

To benefit fully from the Partner Search Tool, users will need to register. Once registered, they are able to select the Action and the corresponding possible Activities in which they are interested, and define themselves as potential ‘project leaders', 'participants' or 'contributors'. At the same time, registered users are able to view valuable information on other stakeholders that have expressed interest in specific Actions and possible Activities, as well as view their complete profile and relevant experience.

In addition to the main entry point on the home page, the link to the tool is available on every page of the PRO INNO Europe® and Europe INNOVA websites.
