TACTICS Reflection Group

in
The 'Transnational Alliance of Clusters Towards Improved Cooperation Support' (TACTICS) project, coordinated by OSEO (FR), is the new INNO-Net project aiming to maintain and further advance cluster policy dialogue in Europe in order to develop better cluster policies and practical incentives for clusters and their SMEs. It will be funded for the next three years under the PRO INNO Europe® activities of the European Commission’s Competitiveness and Innovation Programme.

TACTICS has launched a call for expressions of interest for the appointment of members to the TACTICS Reflection Group that will be established to provide TACTICS partners and all European Cluster Alliance members with insights and valuable input into cluster policy issues.

The call is now closed and 14 cluster policymakers have been selected from across Europe to be part of the TACTICS Reflection Group. They will, together with the TACTICS Partners, address six themes related to cluster development issues over its TACTICTS three-year term: fostering international cluster cooperation; evaluating cluster excellence; supporting cluster marketing and branding; using excellent clusters to address emerging industries including innovative services; channelling RDI funding through excellent clusters; and user-driven excellent clusters.

For more information, contact Cecilia Johansson, VINNOVA, Cecilia.johansson@vinnova.se or Michel Ganoote, coordinator of Tactics, Michel.Ganoote@oseo.fr via e-mail.
