Results of the public consultation on design now published

Results of Commission's public consultation on design as a driver of user-centred innovation now online The results are very encouraging: 91% of responding organisations consider design very important for the future competitiveness of the EU economy, 96% consider initiatives in support of design should be an integral part of innovation policy in general, and 91% believe initiatives in support of design should be taken up at EU level in addition to Member State and regional level.
