Tekes, the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation, is the only offical partner in the consortium. Since the aim of the project is to identify and network relevant actors, an Expert Focus Group (EFG) has been created to act as an advisory body for the project. The EFG consists of 12 representatives of national and regional Ministries or Innovation Agencies.
