Allan Martel Consulting is an organisation specialising in innovation policy development and in developing infrastructure within which firms (particularly SMEs) can collaborate internationally to achieve their strategic innovation objectives by means of collaborative projects.

Allan Martel is: a core development team member of smE-MPOWER; a project development coach within the Intelligent Manufacturing Systems Program; the Chief Operating Officer of O3neida, an international industrial automation network; and an advisor to the Swiss Government at various levels on SME innovation infrastructure development and coaching.
