Submit a Proposal
Some INNET funding partners agreed to extend the INNET "Innovation Express" 2nd call for proposals until 31st March 2010.
Please, contact your national or regional funding organisation (INNET contact point list) in order to check with them if you can benefit from this extended opening period.

Welcome to the online proposal submission tool for the Innovation Express!
Please, follow the different steps of the application process: 1. Download and read all relevant information and documentation about the Innovation Express Call:
- For your information: Application guidelines, FAQ, glossary, INNET contact points and call flyer, matrix of activities supported by INNET Partners
- For applying:
1.Application form INNET 2nd Pilot call
2. Mandatory annex of expected outputs indicators,
3. Additional annexes linked to national/regional requirements for PAED, SVIT, OSEO, IWT:

3. Register your profile in the INNET cluster profile database if interested in a partner-search or to enhance visibility of your cluster
4. Complete the 3 parts of INNET Application Form and the mandatory annex:
- Identification of the applicant (cluster)
- Description of the European cooperation strategy of the cluster
- INNET Action plan, including targets, work plan and estimated cost
- Annex : Checklist of expected outputs indicators
5. Prepare an executive summary of your proposal (one page text to be published, describing the main outlines of your project and the targeted Clusters potentially involved)
6. Apply on-line in two steps:
- On-line registration (including download of your executive summary)
- Submission of the INNET application form and annex expected outputs indicators
Please note: All applicants must follow the instructions and procedures described above. The use of the online registration and application tool is compulsory. Proposals submitted by e-mail will not be accepted.
"In case of trouble with the online submission tool, please notify it by an e-mail to your INNET Partner with in copy the INNET coordinator. You will be contacted by return”
1. Formal check:
- The registration is complete, including the details of the applicant, title of the proposal, identification of the potential beneficiaries and an executive summary.
- The proposal is complete and contains the necessary annexes.
- The proposal is written in English and submitted via the online submission tool, before the deadline of the call.
2. The 'INNET eligibility check' will be made within one month by the concerned funding organisation and by the INNET coordinator.
