PRO-INNO Europe second annual event

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the second PRO INNO Europe Annual Partnering Event at the Van Nelle Design Factory, Rotterdam (Netherlands) on 12 and 13 May 2009.

Part of a series of events in 2009 in recognition of the European Year of Creativity and Innovation, the PRO INNO Europe® Annual Partnering Event will be an opportunity for innovation agencies and policy actors to share experiences and successes from the ongoing INNO-Net and INNO-Action projects, and to discuss lessons in promoting transnational cooperation in support of innovation. This event is also open to innovation agencies, cluster organisations and other groups whose activities relate to innovation policy, cross-border learning, and innovation cooperation.

Due to limited spaces, the deadline for registration is 7 May.

PRO INNO Europe® is an initiative of the Directorate-General forEnterprise and Industry, which aims to become the focal point for innovation policy analysis, learning and development in Europe, with a view to learning from the best and contributing to the development of new and better innovation policies in Europe.

The INNO-Nets aim to stimulate transnational cooperation among different national or sub-national innovation programmes, while the objective of the INNO-Actions is to provide incentives for joint actions of different innovation agencies and other not-for-profit organisations in areas relevant to innovation policy.
