Cluster Manager at Future Position X
Johan has held his position of cluster manager at Future Position X since 2007.

His cluster management experience:
·        “To be a cluster manager is a complex mission, it’s like being on stage, performing a live concert, singing the inspiring stories, and also being a politician, selling the vision about a better future together and at the same time keeping track of engagement, resources and indicators.

·        To be able to do this and focus on the cluster vision and put our energy on driving innovation and internationalization we developed excellent tools like a great business plan, a visual dashboard to explain indicators and performance and a web based project portfolio management system.”
