The Self Assessment Tool (SAT) comprises 18 core questions and gives a measure of the design management capability of your company. It is now available online, so you can find out immediately at what level where you are positioned on the DM staircase for each of the five dimensions: Awareness, Planning, Expertise, Process and Resources. The tool also provides tips for improvement and signposting of relevant case studies.
